Chang Tung Sheng was a renowned Hui martial artist from 1908-1986 who was one of the best known Chinese wrestling (Shuai jiao) practitioners. He began training at a young age and distinguished himself, winning numerous competitions including the heavyweight division at the 5th National Kuo Shu Tournament in 1933. Chang went on to teach Shuai jiao to Chinese nationalist troops during World War 2 while continuing to defeat challengers, and later taught at the National Police University in Taiwan for over 30 y
