What is Self Invoice - RCM about?
Self-invoicing is now mandatory for transactions involving unregistered suppliers where GST is paid on a reverse charge basis. A separate series of invoices must be maintained for these transactions to ensure proper accounting and compliance with GST regulations. Any additional RCM transactions identified after submitting GSTR 1 data should be recorded in the current month, not retroactively in the previous month.
