The Bangladesh Bank issued FE Circular Letter No. 15 on March 27, 2025, addressing credit reports of foreign suppliers for import transactions. It amends a previous circular by clarifying that Authorized Dealers must ensure local agents are compliant with commission income repatriation and check their own records for direct customers. All other instructions from the earlier circular remain unchanged.
