This study analyzed the chemical composition of Nigella sativa seed oil produced in Morocco. Seed and oil samples were analyzed using standard methods. Oil was extracted using both solvent extraction and cold press extraction. The oil extraction yields were 37% for solvent extraction and 27% for cold press extraction.
