What is Coarse Aggregate Specifications about?

Coarse aggregates must be of suitable quality, including crushed stone, crushed slag, and naturally occurring aggregates like kankar and laterite, with specific usage restrictions for sub-base courses. If crushed gravel or shingle is used, at least 90% must have two fractured faces, and aggregates must meet physical requirements outlined in Table 400-8.
