This study compared the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties of two rapid-acting insulin analogs, insulin glulisine and insulin lispro, in 80 non-diabetic subjects stratified by BMI. Under euglycemic clamp conditions, subjects received single injections of 0.2 or 0.4 U/kg of each insulin.
