Oxfam GB implemented the Vulnerable Group Feeding (VGF) Programme in Shurugwi, Chirumanzi and Kwekwe districts of Zimbabwe from September 2007 to April 2008. The VGF Programme responded to harvest failure within the context of a declining macroeconomic environment.
