Kidney Disease in Pregnancy Outcomes by darius is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study reports on the management and outcomes of pregnancies in women undergoing hemodialysis for end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). Out of 12 cases analyzed, the overall live birth rate was 75.7%, with significant maternal and fetal complications observed, including preeclampsia and fetal deaths. The findings suggest that intensive, prolonged dialysis regimens can improve maternal and fetal outcomes in this high-risk population.
