Zachary Sobiech was born in 1995 in Minnesota and was diagnosed with osteosarcoma cancer in 2009 at age 14. He formed a band with friends and wrote songs to cope with his terminal illness, including the popular song "Clouds." Zachary passed away in 2013, just before his high school graduation, but "Clouds" went viral and reached #1 on the iTunes charts after his death, bringing awareness to osteosarcoma.
