This study aimed to determine differences in OHI-S, DMF-T, and def-t scores among elementary school students in Situbondo Regency, Indonesia based on geographical location. A total of 292 students from coastal, lowland, and hill areas were examined. The results showed that coastal area students had better average OHI-S scores compared to other areas.
