What is UN Proposal Submission Guidelines about?

The United Nations has issued a reminder to vendors about the necessity of separating financial and technical proposals during the bidding process to maintain confidentiality and integrity. Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes or via fax/email with clear labeling, and any financial information should only be included in the financial proposal. Non-compliance with these submission guidelines will result in rejection of the proposals.
