Australia restricts the quantity of liquids, aerosols, gels and certain powders that passengers can carry in carry-on baggage on international flights. Liquids must be in containers no larger than 100ml and fit in a single clear resealable plastic bag no bigger than 20cm x 20cm. Powders must be in containers no larger than 350ml or 350g and inorganic powders are limited to a total quantity of 350ml or 350g per person. Passengers must separate liquids from powders and present all restricted items to security
