Results indicate that patients achieving total skin clearance (sPGA 0) report significantly better HRQoL and fewer symptoms compared to those who are almost clear (sPGA 1). The findings highlight the importance of achieving complete skin clearance for improving patient outcomes in psoriasis treatment.
