With the wide application of computer network, the problem of network security has become increasingly prominent. At present, for all the network protection measures, it is very difficult to protect the absolute security of the network. Therefore, this paper introduces the concept of network node relevance (NNC), and puts forward the classification method of NNC by analyzing several visiting scenarios in practice. The decision tree and random forest method are used to analyze the influence of relevant information on credit rating, and the network risk assessment based on random forest model is constructed. The experimental results show that the method can effectively evaluate the risk level of the network, and keep the inherent uncertainty in the evaluation process to the maximum extent. Compared with the traditional evaluation method based on fuzzy set theory, it has higher reliability and improves the scientificity and accuracy of the evaluation results.
