This study presents a deep learning approach to model the toxicity of ionic liquids (ILs) using a hybrid molecular descriptor and deep convolutional neural networks (DCNN). A dataset of 155 ILs was analyzed, achieving high prediction accuracy with coefficients of determination (R2) of 0.972 and 0.965 for training and testing sets, respectively. The findings provide a framework for the rational application and screening of ILs in industrial settings.
