(1) The applicant has received consent from the Pollution Control Board to operate under relevant pollution control acts and rules, subject to certain conditions. (2) Wastewater effluent from the factory shall not exceed 100 mg/L for suspended solids and 100 mg/L for BOD at 27°C. Treated sewage shall be disposed of on land for gardening or plantation. (3) The applicant shall maintain records of purchase and recycling of hazardous and other wastes by actual users.
