This study investigates the fracture behavior of concrete containing limestone fines (LSF) as a partial cement replacement. Results indicate that while LSF can lower concrete costs and contribute to sustainability, its incorporation reduces both strength and fracture parameters, such as fracture energy and toughness, with increasing amounts of LSF. The findings highlight the trade-off between economic and environmental benefits and the mechanical performance of concrete.
