Sydney Trains will undertake maintenance works at Burwood Road Rail Bridge from April 21-24 and April 28-May 1, requiring road closures and changes to pedestrian access and bus routes. Work will include scaffolding installation, steel and concrete repair, and blasting and painting of steelwork. Abrasive blasting will occur Saturday afternoons each weekend and generate noise. Burwood Road will be closed between Railway Parade and Crescent during works. Pedestrian access to Burwood Station will be maintained
