The patient presented to the emergency department with a 2 day history of fever after traveling from Tasikmalaya. On examination, the patient had a temperature of 38.6°C and laboratory tests revealed thrombocytopenia. Based on the clinical presentation and laboratory findings, the patient was diagnosed with dengue fever and treated supportively with IV fluids, paracetamol for fever, omeprazol for nausea, ondansetron for vomiting, and sucralfate syrup.
