What is France about?

Grades in France are awarded on a scale of 0-20, with 10/20 being the passing grade for a single subject. A student passes the year with a weighted average of at least 10 across all grades. Results are given to students within 5 weeks of assessments. Main subjects are graded from 18/20 for excellent performance to below 10/20 for failing.
