This research article investigates the chemical profiling and antimicrobial activity of Ziziphus jujuba seed oil using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The study identifies 12 major components in the oil, with heptadecanoic acid methyl ester being the most abundant, and demonstrates its strong antimicrobial effects against several pathogens, including Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
