The study aimed to translate the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Brain (FACT-Br) questionnaire into Portuguese and adapt it for Brazilian culture. Forty patients with brain tumors participated. The translation and back-translation process was conducted to linguistically and culturally adapt the questionnaire.
