This case series presents a 17-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with generalized Stage I Grade C periodontitis based on her family history of aggressive periodontitis in her mother. Initial periodontal therapy including scaling and root planing along with antibiotic therapy resulted in remission of disease progression for the patient.
