What is Bishop Constant Jurgens about?

Constant Jurgens was a Dutch Catholic priest born in 1879 who worked with the Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (CICM) in the Philippines, where he helped establish churches, schools, and livelihood projects. As bishop of Tiguegarao, he constructed buildings and oversaw catechism education. Throughout his career with CICM, Father Jurgens played a key role in developing Christian education and vocational training programs throughout northern Luzon.
