What is Improve TCP Performance in MANETs about?

This document summarizes and compares four protocols that have been proposed to improve the performance of TCP in mobile ad hoc networks: 1. TCP-DOOR detects and responds to out-of-order packet delivery to avoid unnecessary invocation of congestion control. However, it cannot accurately determine if issues are due to route errors or congestion. 2. The feedback scheme protocol reports route failures to the source to avoid treating them as congestion. This prevents unnecessary congestion control and halts
