What is Deodato Arellano: First Supremo KKK about?

Andres Bonifacio founded the Katipunan, a revolutionary society, in 1892 with the goals of gaining independence from Spain and improving the lives of Filipinos. The Katipunan had a hierarchical structure led by a Supreme Council and included Provincial and Popular Councils. Bonifacio initially served as Comptroller on the first Supreme Council before becoming President in 1895 as the Katipunan grew in membership and importance as a revolutionary group seeking Philippine independence.
