This document contains a list of key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring an LTE network. For each KPI there is an ID, alias, title, formula, and unit of measurement. Some of the KPIs include average downlink user throughput, maximum connected users, average connected users, percentage of downlink/uplink resource block utilization, average channel quality indicator, average distance of users to the base station, and maximum/average active users per cell.
