The research aimed to enhance student interest and learning outcomes in illustration drawing for class VIIIE at SMP Negeri 1 Padang using YouTube videos as a learning medium. Conducted as a Classroom Action Research, results showed an increase in student interest from 80.15% in cycle I to 92.06% in cycle II, and average learning outcomes improved from 81.00 to 91.00. The findings indicate that using engaging video content can effectively boost both interest and academic performance in art education.
