About this document

Shock Wave Interactions in CO2-N2 Flows by sustainerspen is a document available to read on EtoBox.

1) The study numerically simulates shock interference patterns in inviscid air and CO2-N2 gas mixtures under thermochemical non-equilibrium conditions over a double-wedge geometry. 2) Two freestream temperatures are considered, and the impact of temperature on the non-equilibrium shock patterns is investigated. 3) For the CO2-dominated flow, a Type VI interaction pattern is obtained for both temperatures, while for air, a Type V then Type VI pattern occurs with increasing temperature.
