This study evaluates the levels of urinary Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) antigens (ESAT-6, CFP-10, and MPT-64) as potential markers for differentiating between active tuberculosis (TB) and latent tuberculosis infections (LTBI). Results showed significantly higher levels of these antigens in active TB patients compared to those with LTBI, suggesting their utility in improving diagnostic accuracy for TB. The findings indicate that urinary Mtb antigen cocktails could serve as a non-invasive diagnostic tool
