What is Addendum 3: Contract Conditions Update about?
Addendum No. 3 modifies the Conditions of Contract PWD 203/203A by updating the Performance Bond requirements. The Contractor must provide a Performance Bond or Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total Contract Sum upon site possession, valid for 12 months post-Defect Liability Period. Additionally, the Contractor can opt for a Performance Guarantee Sum with deductions from interim payments until the total reaches 5% of the Contract Sum.
