What is Nonoy about?

Nonoy lived in a small village far from town. He had to wake up early every morning to fetch water from a well, making several trips to fill a big jar. Men came to drill an artesian well, completing the work in ten days. When it was ready, the village people lined up to get water from the new well, and Nonoy found the water tasted cool and satisfying.
