To create a new user in SAP, follow 8 steps: 1. Execute transaction code SU01. 2. Enter the username and click create. 3. Enter user details like address and choose a user type (dialog, system, etc.). 4. Enter an initial password twice. 5. Assign roles on the roles tab. 6. Assign profiles like SAP_ALL or SAP_NEW on the profiles tab. 7. Press save and then back (F3) to complete creation. The new user will now be created.
