This case report describes a 40-year-old male patient who presented with a slow-growing swelling in the lower anterior teeth region that crossed the midline and was not painful. Clinical examination revealed a swelling in the anterior mandible, and radiographic imaging showed a multilocular radiolucency extending from teeth 35 to 46.
