What is Work Immersion Interview Rubric about?
This rubric evaluates students on their performance in a job interview across 10 criteria: appearance, greeting, communication, body language, posture/eye contact, politeness, general attitude, responses to questions, candidate integrity, and overall demonstration of interview skills. For each criterion, students can score from 1 to 8 points based on descriptors of their performance from poor to excellent. The total possible score is 80 points.
