Most reported benefits like improved self-perception of body, energy, and mind. Some experienced transpersonal effects like freedom from body limits. A few noted mild negatives like dizziness. The study provides preliminary evaluation of exposing Westerners to this shamanic practice through seminars taught by a master of Khoomei.
