What is Iuliu Moldovan about?
Iuliu Moldovan (1882-1966) was a prominent Romanian physician in the 20th century. He was the first professor and director of the Department of Hygiene and Social Hygiene in Cluj from 1919-1947. As a researcher, he studied the role of the reticulo-endothelial system in immune reactions and created a new drug called "Reticulina M" to treat some immunological illnesses.
