Press F8 during startup to enter Safe Mode with Command Prompt, which loads only basic drivers and services. From the command prompt, type "%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe" to launch System Restore and roll back system files and registry entries to an earlier restore point using the System Restore tool.
