This study investigates the cytotoxic activity of Micromelum minutum leaf extracts from Indonesia against breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and 4T1. The hexane extract (HEM) demonstrated the strongest cytotoxicity with IC50 values of 148 µg/mL for MCF-7 and 87 µg/mL for 4T1 cells, while the methanol extract (MEM) showed weak potency. The findings suggest that HEM has potential as an anticancer agent, particularly for treating triple negative breast cancer.
