About this document
POSTN Secretion by Extracellular Matrix Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts eCAFs) Correlates With Poor ICB Response Via Macrophage Chemotaxis Activation of Akt Signaling Pathway in Gastric Cancer by Pedro Santos is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the role of POSTN secreted by extracellular matrix cancer-associated fibroblasts (eCAFs) in contributing to immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) resistance in gastric cancer. The findings reveal that high levels of POSTN correlate with poor ICB response by enhancing macrophage chemotaxis through the activation of the Akt signaling pathway. Targeting POSTN may serve as a potential therapeutic strategy to improve ICB efficacy in gastric cancer patients.
