What is SK Certification of Document Non-Submission about?

The certification states that the former Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) led by Gerwin Mabansag did not prepare or turnover the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) for 2023 and the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Program (CBYDP) for 2022-2024 to the current SK administration. A demand letter was issued for the immediate turnover of these documents, but they remain unsubmitted. This certification is issued for any legal purposes it may serve.
