The Municipal Health Officer of San Jose, Batangas requests that the municipal mayor approve replacing the uniforms for health personnel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with colored scrub suits for comfort during field and office work. The personnel would still wear the standard LGU uniform on Mondays. Attached is a paper signed by each health worker noting their uniform preference. Approval of this change is hoped for.
