The COVID19 pandemic posed challenges for student and teacher implementation of basic education with problems disseminating information to parents and learners. Teachers were asked to prepare multimedia learning materials but many lacked skills in creating multimedia resources due to a lack of basic knowledge in preparing and creating multimedia materials.
