This study evaluates the quality assurance (QA) systems in the Iranian pharmaceutical industry, revealing a significant gap between the knowledge of QA managers and the actual implementation of QA indices. While managers possess appropriate knowledge, the study indicates that practical application, particularly in measurement categories, is lacking. The findings suggest a need for improved training and adherence to good manufacturing practices to enhance product quality and compliance in the industry.
