The report summarizes observations from an RFET tube scan of the RHS wall. Several tubes showed strong crack-like indications and bulging from the bottom up to various heights, likely due to hydrogen damage. Other tubes had strong defect indications, minor bulging, cuts or dents observed over certain length ranges. In total 112 tubes were scanned from the bottom to 17 meters.
