Nursing Quality Scale Development Guide is a document available to read on EtoBox.
The study developed a scale that measures nursing characteristics. The scales proposed are caring, commitment, compassion, and communication. The items were calibrated usig an IRT Rasch model. The results confirmed the four scales and a final scale with 160 items.
