This document summarizes a study that examined the relationship between interpersonal communication skills and organizational commitment. The study used models by Robbins and Hunsaker to measure interpersonal communication skills and Allen and Meyer to measure organizational commitment. It surveyed 106 individuals from two randomly selected public organizations in Qom, Iran. The findings showed that only the team building skill from the interpersonal communication skills model had a significant relationship
