This study evaluated how ground tire rubber (GTR) properties affect asphalt binder properties. Eleven GTR samples were characterized and blended into asphalt binder at 10% or 15% loading. The resulting fourteen GTR-modified binders were tested using various methods to study performance grade, multiple stress creep recovery, separation, and softening point. The effects of additives on GTR-modified binders were also assessed.
