This study investigates the impact of the artistic supervision approach on the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Surabaya, Indonesia, using data from 80 teachers. The research emphasizes the importance of creative and sensitive supervision methods in enhancing teacher performance and learning outcomes.
