This study investigates the influence of pH on the photodegradation kinetics of climbazole in aqueous solutions under UV light. The results indicate that the degradation follows first-order kinetics and is significantly affected by pH, with rate constants of 10.5 × 10–3, 9.9 × 10–3, and 16.5 × 10–3 min–1 at pH 5, 7, and 9, respectively. The findings suggest that climbazole is highly photodegradable, with optimal stability at neutral pH.
